The Red Brick Fitness Center offers group fitness classes as a great way to stay in shape, relieve stress, and make new friends amongst your DSCR community members.


SPIN

  • Description: SPIN is a high intensity, low impact workout that focuses on resistance- based intervals and heart rate training on a stationary bike. Resistance and movements can be adjusted to all fitness levels.
  • Instructor: Michael Dickerson, michael.1.dickerson@dla.mil
  • Days / Times: Tuesdays at 11:30PM - 12:15PM and Wednesdays 3:45PM - 4:30PM; Schedule subject to change based on staffing availability

SH1FT

  • Description: SH1FT workouts use your bodyweight as the tool to develop speed, balance, and agility. You'll build athletic fitness as you sweat through simple progressions that work for all fitness levels.
  • Instructor: Lacey Miller, lacey.miller@dla.mil
  • Days / Times: Tuesdays at 3:45PM - 4:30PM; Schedule subject to change based on staffing availability


L1FT

  • Description: L1FT workouts utilize weights to sculpt lean muscles and turn you into a fat burning machine long after the workout is over. Smart, safe, and progressive movements ensure no fitness level is left behind.
  • Instructor: Lacey Miller, lacey.miller@dla.mil
  • Days / Times: Wednesdays at 11:30PM - 12:15PM; Schedule subject to change based on staffing availability


R1ZE

  • Description: R1ZE workouts utilize a step for a full body interval blast. You’ll cover all the bases of fitness, working with your bodyweight and avoiding repetitive impact.
  • Instructor: Lacey Miller, lacey.miller@dla.mil
  • Days / Times: Thursdays at 11:30PM - 12:15PM; Schedule subject to change based on staffing availability
