DSCR Virtual Golf

The reservation desk is open Monday-Friday 8:30AM-3:30PM, excluding federal holidays.  Reservation requests are only reviewed and processed during those working hours.  Please note that submitting a request is not a reservation confirmation.  Once a request is submitted MWR has one business day to reply. Payments must be made on the day of confirmation and refunds will not be given. DSCR Virtual Golf reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.   Only DSCR Virtual Golf bookings with confirmed reservations payment vouchers are eligible to use the Virtual Golf Simulator. 

All reservation requests must be submitted in writing using our DSCR Virtual Golf Reservation Form.  Please do not mail in reservation requests and/or payments.  For all Sunday and Holiday reservation requests must be made at least a week in advance. For these reservations request, please submit in writing using our DSCR Virtual Golf Sunday & Holiday Reservation Request Form.  For all premium membership requests please complete and submit the Premium Membership Request Form.   Please fill out the  DSCR Virtual Golf Liability Waiver form and submit. If there are multiple players, please submit a form per person. To properly complete the form from your computer, click the “Open in desktop app” button at the top before filling out, signing, and saving the PDF.
