The Centre Bistro 46 offers full breakfast and lunch menus to the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) population:

Breakfast is available 7:00AM-9:00AM
Lunch is available 11:00AM-1:00PM
Express options and beverages are available throughout from 7:00AM-1:00PM

Several items including made-to-order specialty coffees and smoothies, sweet and treats, and hotdogs are available exclusively at the Centre Perk Café next door.

In March 2020, the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Food and Beverage Program was discontinued, and a contract solicitation was released to privatize the operation. Compass Group was selected and in July 2022 began its contracted service. However, they only operated for seven weeks before cancelling the contract, citing low sales and patronage. At present [November 2024] the only food services on DSCR are the Centre Perk Café and Centre Bistro.

January 23, 2025 Centre Bistro 46, DLA Installation Management at Richmond was awarded the DLA Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) Facility/ Program Excellence Award.
