We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes scheduled throughout the day, ensuring you always have options to stay motivated and engaged. From high-energy Zumba and spin classes to calming yoga and Pilates, our diverse timetable caters to all fitness levels and preferences. The Reformer Classes
Start your new fitness journey with our Pilates Reformer classes, only $180 for 12 classes!
Classes are held Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00pm – 4:45pm. Hurry, only 6 spaces available per session! Call 614-692-3084 or stop by the Fitness Center to reserve your spot and pay.

Our Pilates Reformer Level 1 Class focuses on foundational movements, proper equipment setup, and basic Pilates principles at a slower pace. Classes include balanced, full-body workouts that are suitable for most, combining traditional exercises with modern, flowing transitions. Benefits include: intense focus on abdominal, back & pelvic floor strength; individual corrections for safe movement; emphasis on breathing techniques to enhance mental & physical awareness.
