DAVID

One of our Elevate Specialty Class Instructors, is a seasoned fitness professional and certified group exercise instructor with over 30 years of experience leading dynamic and results-driven classes. From step aerobics and cycle classes to body pump and even live Foam Roller sessions via Zoom, David’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines. Known for his engaging teaching style and ability to motivate participants of all fitness levels, David creates a supportive and high-energy environment that keeps clients coming back for more. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, or just have a great time, David’s classes are the perfect fit!
