Location: FMWR Fitness Center at the Defense Supply Center Columbus
Cost: Free
Distance: 1 mile and 5K routes (walkers welcome!)
Includes: awards for top finishers, pre warm-up stretching & yard games.
Pro Tip: be sure to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
