Know Before You Go

  • November 17, 8:00am – 10:00am: Active Duty Military & Dependents Only
  • November 17, 10:00am – 12:00pm: Active Duty Military & Dependents AND Retired Military & Dependents
  • November 17, 12:00pm – 3:00pm: Open to all eligible MWR patrons
  • November 18-20, 8:00am – 3:00pm: Open to all eligible MWR patrons
  • Payment
  • Credit cards are accepted (no American Express, no checks, no cash)
  • Payment for all non-auction items is due at time of purchase. No holds.
  • Silent Auction | Sealed Bid Instructions
  1. Prepare Your Bid
    • Retrieve bid sheets from check in table.
    • Decide the maximum amount you’re willing to pay. No limit on bid sheet entries, must meet minimum bid amount.
    • Remember: you only get one chance to submit your bid, and you won’t see others’ bids.
  2. Submit Your Bid Confidentially
    • Write down your bid clearly along with item #.
    • Include all required information (e.g., name, contact details).
    • Submit your bid before the deadline (November 20 at 3:00 pm) into receptacle at check in table.
  3. Wait for the Results
    • All bids will be opened on Monday, November 23.
    • Highest bids will be winners.
    • Winners have option to vacate entry, next highest bid will be winner.
  4. Receive Notification
    • You’ll be informed whether you won or not on November 23.
    • Winners will required to make payment and pick items up during Outdoor Recreation business hours before December 4.
