DVAM TRUNK OR TREAT

1. Who can participate? It is open to kids of all ages with access to Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). Everyone is encouraged to wear costumes. 2. When and where will the event take place? On Thursday, October 29, 2026 (400pm – 600pm), Bellwood Manor Parking Lot. You will receive an assigned spot when you arrive to park and set up. You must remain in your assigned parking spot until the event ends at 5:30PM so that your vehicle is not moving while families are still walking around. 3. Is there an inclement weather plan? In the event of inclement weather, an indoor venue on DSCR will be used instead of the parking lot and provided tables will become the “trunks.” The reserved location will be provided at least 24 hours in advance should it become necessary. 4. When is set up? You can arrive starting at 3:00 PM. Set up and must be ready before the trunk-or-treating begins at 4:00PM. Your vehicle’s trunk should be decorated with a theme appropriate for small children. The design can be as simple or as elaborate as desired. All levels of participation are welcome and deeply appreciated! 5. Will candy be provided? No, FMWR will not provide candy for participants. Any Additional Questions?
