Registration Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026. Complete this online form or complete a paper copy at Tickets & More (DSCR, Bldg. 46, Rm. 189). Participant email addresses and phone numbers will only be used for the purposes of the MWR event and notification and will not be released nor sold to 3rd party entities. Payment Information and Deadline: $90.00 includes course green and golf cart fees, buffet lunch, swag bags for the first 20 teams that register and pay, and a chance to win team and individual prizes. Payments can be made Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 3:30PM by phone at (804) 279-1091 or in person at Tickets & More (DSCR, Bldg. 46, Rm. 189). Payment must be received in full no later than 3:30PM on Friday, October 16, 2026. Due to participation minimums and a Cardinal Golf Club advanced payment requirement, refunds will not be issued unless the Golf Tournament is cancelled. Format: Shotgun time will be 8:00am. Arrive for check-in at 7:45am. A four-person scramble featuring teams of four players competing against one another. In this format, each team's players hit from the tee box, then the team members choose the best of the four shots for the next shot. All team members then play the second shot from that location, and again choose the best shot. Play continues in this manner until the hole is completed. The team then records its score and maintains that format for all 18 holes. If a team has less than 4 players, the team will still play 4 shots. Prizes: There will be prizes for 1st and 2nd place teams, closest to the pin, and longest drive. Prizes do not imply endorsement by the Department of Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) or any other party. Cancellation Policy: The tournament may be cancelled due to inclement weather and/or lack of participation. There will be a rain date of October 28, 2026 Eligibility: Authorized MWR patrons (see AR 215-1, Chapter 7), 18 years and older, can enter the tournament. Each team is responsible for ensuring all members can access the Fort Lee installation. MWR cannot sponsor golf tournament participants or grant installation access. Sponsorship: The DSCR Classic Golf Tournament is sponsored by Bellwood Credit Union, Red Key RVA, First Command, Fed Benefit Center and BlueCross BlueShield. Sponsorship by a commercial entity does not imply endorsement by the DoD. Hold Harmless: Participants agree to hold harmless MWR for any liability of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in a promotion or acceptance/misuse or nonuse of the prizes awarded. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in an MWR promotion or use or redemption of any prize. DoD and DLA are not responsible for any defective prizes. By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Promotional Entities the right to use winner’s name for purposes of advertising in any and all media, without review or approval, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
