We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes scheduled throughout the day, ensuring you always have options to stay motivated and engaged. From high-energy Zumba and spin classes to calming yoga and Pilates, our diverse timetable caters to all fitness levels and preferences. Whether you’re looking for an intense workout or a way to de-stress, our certified instructors are dedicated to providing a supportive and encouraging environment, helping you achieve your fitness goals in a fun and interactive setting.

  • Active Adults: Excellent functional fitness class for those of any age! Using a set of light weights and a chair, this class is designed to condition the body by improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and strengthen those with arthritic conditions. All movements can be modified to accommodate all senior age groups, fitness levels, and the physically challenged.
  • “The Gauntlet”: A high-intensity interval training workout (HIIT) that will develop and improve your strength, metabolism, and oxygen consumption. HIIT training goes hard for short periods of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises mixed with brief periods of recovery.
  • Indoor Cycling: Challenge yourself with a heart-pumping, sweat-dripping journey through hills, sprints, and endurance challenges—all set to an electrifying playlist that keeps your legs moving and your motivation high. All levels welcome!
  • Morning Circuit: Kickstart your day with this invigorating circuit, combining a variety of exercises targeting all major muscle groups, performed in a fast-paced sequence with minimal rest. Boost your strength, rev up your cardiovascular fitness, and enjoy an energy-filled day ahead. Get your metabolism firing first thing and conquer your goals!
  • Pilates: coming soon
  • Total Body Burn: Full body circuit training that focuses on upper body, lower body, and core/abs. This class helps strengthen & tone muscles, burn body fat, and increase your endurance. This class is fun, self-paced and suitable for all fitness levels!
  • Yoga: Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, these beginner-level sessions offer a safe, welcoming space to explore movement, breath, and relaxation. Each class will guide participants through simple postures, mindful breathing, and techniques to release tension, improve flexibility, and build calm focus. The practice is tailored to help cultivate tools for stress relief, balance, and recovery — both on and off the mat.
  • Zumba: Ditch the workout—join the party! Zumba® is a high-energy, Latin-inspired dance fitness class that blends international rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography for a total body workout. Each session features a mix of salsa, reggaeton, merengue, and global beats that will get your heart pumping and your feet moving. All levels welcome!

COURTNEY

Courtney is one of our in-house Fitness Program Specialists and is the instructor for Total Body Burn circuit classes. She is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and health coach. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance/Dance Education & Sports Leisure/ Human Development. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, she has a passion for fitness, health, and helping people with their fitness and health goals.

DAVID

One of our Specialty Class Instructors, David is a seasoned fitness professional and certified group exercise instructor with over 30 years of experience leading dynamic and results-driven classes. From step aerobics and cycle classes to body pump and even live Foam Roller sessions via Zoom, David’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines. Known for his engaging teaching style and ability to motivate participants of all fitness levels, David creates a supportive and high-energy environment that keeps clients coming back for more. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, or just have a great time, David’s classes are the perfect fit!

JULI

Juli is our Fitness Center Assistant Manager and one of our in-house Fitness Program Specialists.  Juli is a passionate fitness professional with over 25 years of experience teaching and training at fitness centers, YMCAs, and corporate gyms across the Midwest.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Cincinnati and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Group Fitness Instructor.  Additionally, Juli has been a member of the Zumba Instructor Network for over 13 years.  Juli delivers a strong fitness background as a former collegiate cheerleader at the University of Cincinnati. Born and raised in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, she enjoys bringing her fun-loving energy to help others achieve their fitness goals.

STEPHEN

Stephen is one of our in-house Fitness Program Specialists. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Stephen served on active duty in the United States Army from November 2013 to June 2020. With fitness being a central part of his daily life, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, graduating magna cum laude from Franklin University in December 2024. Following his graduation, Stephen became a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. By combining his military experience with academic training, Stephen brings a well-rounded and insightful perspective to the field of fitness.
