Join us for an engaging journaling workshop designed to help you explore your thoughts, reduce stress and spark inspiration. Whether you’re brand new to journaling or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop will leave you with tools to make writing a meaningful part of your everyday life.

What To Expect

  • Workshop Overview: This workshop focuses on sensory journaling, a practice that uses sight, sound, and touch to deepen self‑reflection. Participants will explore how the natural environment influences their thoughts and emotions while engaging in gentle mindfulness activities connected to planting & gardening.
  • Why The Red Roof Pavilion: This setting will support the sensory experience—natural light, outdoor sounds, and the tactile elements of planting will all be part of the journaling process.
  • What to Bring: If you attended our Care Notes to Self Workshop, please bring your notebook & pen. New participants will receive a notebook & pen. All participants will be provided planting materials for sensory exploration.
