Comprising of three (3) different MWR Programs (Information, Tickets, and Reservations (ITR); Equipment Rental; RV Storage) it is your one-stop-shop to purchase tickets to local, regional and national attractions, book a reservation to an event or show, rent outdoor equipment for your next outdoor adventure, purchase balloons for your next party, as well as store your RV in our secure RV Storage Lot (Active Duty Military personnel only), and much more.

Information, Tickets, & Reservations (ITR)

The Information, Tickets & Reservations (ITR) Office provides active duty and retired military and civilian personnel and their immediate family members economical opportunities for tickets to national, regional and local attractions, events and shows. Planning assistance, information and reservations for special events are additional services provided by the ITR Office. From discount tickets to theme parks and museums, ITR can make your next destination experience a great one!

The ITR Office is available to help you with your destination needs. Stop by and pick up some brochures and information on various attractions, points of interests and sporting events in the surrounding area, as well national travel destinations.

  • All tickets sold through MWR Grand Central are Tax FREE and open to eligible ID/CAC cardholders. Please see Eligibility section for details.
  • All tickets orders/sales can be conducted via phone 717-770-4671, in person at MWR Grand Central (ITR Ticketing Office), or by clicking the email us link above.
  • If orders are placed via phone or email, customers will be notified when tickets are available for pick up.
    • Please give our team a courtesy call prior to your arrival to coordinate.
    • Ticket(s) and receipt will be provided to customers in a sanitized envelope.

  • Cash or credit/debit card payments will be accepted.
    • Mastercard or Visa
  • Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
  • All tickets are subject to availability and price changes.
    • Please call 717-770-4671 to confirm prices and availability.
  • All ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
    • ITR is not responsible for lost, stolen or laundered tickets.
