The Equipment Rental Office offers access to 3 picnic pavilions, the RV Storage Lot and a variety of rental items for your next party, project, or trip. Some of these rentals items include, outdoor games, canopies, tables, chairs, sweet selections, bounce houses, dunk tank, generators, campers, trailers and more.

More Information

  • We accept credit/debit cards and exact cash payments.
  • Customers must pay a 20% rental deposit when they make a reservation.
  • We process the final payment at pickup.

  • Upon completion of reservation, a copy of the reservation document will be e-mailed to customer.
  • Prior to rental pick up, signed rental agreement, safety walk through and return items list must be completed and checked over by customer and program representative. Also, documents (i.e. copy of driver’s license, registration, and towing vehicles insurance card) must be provided.

  • We thoroughly clean each equipment rental item before customer pickup. However, we recommend that customers sanitize their rental items before and after use.
  • On the day of pickup, we stage all ancillary items near the rental equipment or outside the back doors.
  • If inclement weather requires it, we stage the rental equipment and all ancillary items in the back room.
  • At time of pickup, customers can come into the office to make final payment, sign agreement, provide documents needed and complete walkthrough of equipment. NOTE: Please bring help to load rentals as our staff cannot aid in this process.

  • Customer should return ALL equipment and/or rental items within the agreed upon timeframes.
    • Please give our team a courtesy call prior to your arrival to coordinate.
    • Patrons may be requested to schedule an appointment for drop-off times.
  • Upon return of equipment, customer should ensure ALL issued equipment (i.e. trailers) is returned to its proper parking place.
  • Customer will be instructed where to place certain rental equipment and ancillary items during return.
  • NOTE: Please bring help to unload rentals as our staff cannot aid in this process.

RV Storage Lot

Looking for a place to store your boat, camper, or another type of vehicle? If so, we have just the place for you. Our secured outdoor lot is the perfect place for storing your vehicle.

RV lot is accessible 24/7 for all paid customers. Please stop at MWR Grand Central, F Ave., Bldg. 406, for coordination.
