Please visit this secure website https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil to input all your information we need for you to gain access to obtain a FMWR Badge and Visitor Access for DoD Retired Civilians. Once complete email the alphanumeric code to the respective program manager so they can complete the process. It will take 24 hours after confirmation from the program manager for the pass to be processed. Remember to bring along you REAL-ID complaint identification and SF-50 when you go to pick up your badge.

Form Explanations:

• REAL-ID compliant Driver’s License
• Active Passport
• Social Security Card & Birth Certificate
• Veteran Health Identification Card
• Valid Weapons Permit

This pass will be valid for 1 years before you will need to renew it again.
