Current Promotions
Available for use over and over again through and including December 19, 2025.
Please remember this promotional ticket is NOT an Annual Pass. Do not describe this ticket as an annual pass when speaking with your patrons. The Military Freedom Pass promotion ticket is an UNLIMITED USE ticket
The following guidelines must be followed to exchange the promotional tickets:
- An eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID must be present to conduct the ticket exchange for their entire party at the theme park front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Universal Orlando Vacation Planning desk within Universal Orlando Resort Hotels and/or Universal Orlando Partner Hotels.
- Each eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID can exchange a MAXIMUM of six (6) promotional tickets at the front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or Universal Orlando Vacation Planning desk within Universal Orlando Resort Hotels and/or Universal Orlando Partner Hotels.
- One of the six (6) Tickets purchased MUST be used by the Eligible Service Member or spouse.
Eligible to Purchase:
- Active and Retired U.S. Military
- National Guard
- Reservists
- U.S. Coast Guard
- Spouse Dependent of Eligible Service Members
- DOD Civilian Employee
- 100% Disabled Veteran with service connected US military ID
