Personal Training

The HQC Fitness Center trainers are experienced with Bachelor of Science degrees in Health & Fitness and/or certified through prestigious training bodies such as American College of Sports Medicine, American Council on Exercise and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. They have trained in the field 5-10+ years using different disciplines and are ready to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Personal Training Program Details

  • You will receive 8 free sessions, to be used in the same month
  • Two sessions a week will be scheduled
  • Sessions are 30 minutes each
  • Training hours:
    • Monday – Thursday: 6am – 4:30pm
    • Friday: 6am – 3:30pm
  • You may suggest your preference for trainer (based on staff availability)
  • You will be unable to change or adjust your training schedule once the day and time have been confirmed
  • Please be mindful of federal holidays when confirming your schedule
