Body Fat Loss Challenge

Kick off the new year with purpose, teamwork, and a little friendly competition! The Winter Warrior Project is a two-month Body Fat Loss Challenge designed to help you build healthy habits, stay accountable, and work together toward real results.

Key Dates

  • Team Weigh-Ins: January 5–16
  • Challenge Period: January 20–March 20

Team Structure

Participants will be grouped into teams of 7–10 members, each assigned to a dedicated coach who will help guide, motivate, and support the team throughout the challenge.

How the Challenge Works

This is a team-based competition built on individual contribution and weekly engagement.

Every week, participants can earn points by taking part in a variety of wellness and fitness activities. These points count toward the team’s weekly total and ultimately help determine the team’s overall body fat percentage loss.

How points are tracked:

  • Points operate on an honor system
  • Fitness specialists will verify and record weekly scores

Consistent participation is key—every member’s efforts matter!
