Join us for FMWR’s Health, Wellness & Recreation Expo, an interactive event designed to help you invest in what matters most—your health. Meet local and national wellness providers, discover FMWR programs, and learn practical ways to improve your physical and mental well-being.
This year’s theme, Health Is Wealth, brings a fun, engaging twist to the experience—because taking care of yourself always pays dividends.
How the Event Works
When you arrive, stop by the FMWR Welcome Table (the “Bank”) to get started. You’ll receive:
- Instructions on how the event works
- A starter amount of “Health is Wealth” currency
- FMWR giveaways to kick things off
As you visit participating sponsors and vendors, you’ll earn more currency by learning about services, resources, and programs that support your well-being. The more tables you visit, the more you earn!
Prizes, Raffles & Giveaways
Your earned currency can be used in two exciting ways:
🎁 Prize Redemption Table
Use your currency to “purchase” a variety of wellness-themed prizes. Higher-value prizes require more currency—so engagement pays off!
🎟️ Raffle Table
Save up your currency to enter raffles for premium prizes, including:
- YETI Cooler
- Tickets to Busch Gardens
- Pilates Reformer Kit
- And more!
Raffle entries will require the highest amount of currency, so be sure to fully explore the event.
Extra Ways to Earn
In addition to visiting vendors and sponsors, attendees may earn additional currency by completing simple activities such as:
- Following FMWR on social media
- Visiting the FMWR website
