Welcome to the DLA FMWR Belvoir Fitness Center, the premier on-site workout facility dedicated to supporting the health, readiness, and overall well-being of the DLA workforce. Whether you are looking to start a new fitness routine, maintain your physical readiness, or decompress after a busy workday, our center provides a convenient and welcoming environment to achieve your fitness goals.

Conveniently located within the McNamara Headquarters Complex, our fitness facility is easily accessible for all staff members.

Hours of Operation

We offer flexible early morning and afternoon hours to accommodate your busy mission schedule. Stop by before your shift, during your lunch break, or after work.

The DLA FMWR Belvoir Fitness Center is a 10,000-square-foot facility designed to support your fitness and wellness journey. Featuring locker rooms, saunas, and state-of-the-art equipment, the center is staffed by certified fitness professionals committed to helping you achieve your goals.

With a wide range of strength and cardio equipment, as well as a dedicated functional fitness area, the Fitness Center has everything you need for a well-rounded workout. Recreation options include racquetball, basketball, tennis, wallyball, and horseshoes. Additionally, the outdoor bike program offers free access to mountain and road bikes, complete with helmets.
