Sign up your team for a time slot by contacting the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.defensemwr.com\/susquehanna\/fitness-center\/\">Fitness Center<\/a>&nbsp;at&nbsp;<a href=\"tel:+1.717.770.6428\">717-770-6428<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All skill levels are welcome to participate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open to all eligible patrons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individuals without a team can sign up at the Fitness Center in order to participate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commander&#8217;s Cup Series:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Commander&#8217;s Cup Series consists of various sporting or recreational events allowing participants to accumulate the highest number of points from consistent involvement, participation, and team achievement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This annual program&nbsp;is designed to promote physical fitness, troop morale, and esprit de corps through a healthy athletic competition.&nbsp;
