Dear Valued Customers,
First let me start by saying “Welcome Back!”. As you all have read from my last letter to the community, our entire Family & MWR Team has been preparing our programs to safely re-open in a phased in approach while following guidance and framework established to protect employees and customers. Although we have planned, prepared and rehearsed the new re-opening processes I would like to ask each of you to be good stewards and help us fight the nationwide pandemic COVID-19 and support our goal of keeping all community members safe.
Our Family & MWR programs look different as you will see plexiglass protection shields at our customer service counters, hand sanitizer devices have been mounted in high traffic areas, face coverings are being worn when the 6’ social distancing rule cannot be met. Payment processing will be available through telephone methods only and our building capacities will be limited to support social distancing. Each of our employees have been provided face coverings, training on proper social distancing restrictions and proper hand washing procedures to help stop the spread of this virus. Help us foster a safe and positive experience by promoting the same level of personal protection while utilizing our programs.
Our Family & MWR website will be our lead communication platform (www.MWRProgramUpdates.com). I ask you to become familiar with the site for our local Family & MWR updates and changes as we work through our phased approach to re-opening. We will be utilizing our social media sites and marquees as a secondary form of communication as a large majority of the community will continue teleworking. We always strive for a positive experience for our employees and patrons and welcome any feedback that you might have on improving our service to each one of you.
