A Letter to our Customers

Thank you for your patience. Here is a special note from our MWR Chief.

Dear Valued Customers,

The entire Family & MWR Team have been working hard over the past few weeks preparing our programs to safely re-open in a phased approach while following the new guidance and framework established to protect employees and patrons.  You will notice new terminologies and primary colors being used on our marketing flyers and signage materials to align between what you are reading in the federal re-constitution guidance on the installation and what you are seeing on your local Pennsylvania Health and Center for Disease Control guidance.  Although we have planned, prepared and rehearsed the new re-opening processes I would like to ask each of you to be good stewards and help us fight the nationwide pandemic COVID-19 and support our goal of keeping all community members safe.

Our Family & MWR programs will look different, as you will now notice Plexiglas protection shields at our customer service counters, hand sanitizer devices have been mounted in high traffic areas and equipment has been moved to strategic locations to promote social distancing.  You will also notice our payment processing will be mostly via phone and our building capacities will be limited.  Each of our employees have been provided face coverings, training on proper social distancing restrictions and proper hand washing procedures to help stop the spread of this virus.  Help us foster a safe and positive experience by promoting the same level of personal protection while utilizing our programs.

Our Family & MWR website will be our lead communication platform.  I ask you to become familiar with the site for our local Family & MWR updates and changes as we work through our phased approach to re-opening.  We will be utilizing our social media sites and marquees as a secondary form of communication as a large majority of the community will continue teleworking.  We always strive for a positive experience for our employees and patrons and welcome any feedback that you might have on improving our service to each one of you.
