Now introducing the brand new Wellness Center!

Join us for weekly 20 minute Meditation Sessions every Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. at the Fitness Center.

Take advantage of these group guided classes focusing on the body, mind and emotional well-being.

Various topics will be covered to introduce (sessions vary):

  • Mindfulness
  • Relaxation
  • Awareness
  • Breathing techniques
  • Coping strategies
  • Empowerment
  • And more  

The Wellness Center will offer various brochures, resources and useful tips to support healthy lifestyles and for you to continue meditations at home!

  • No sign up necessary.
  • Please ensure to arrive early; 20 minute sessions will begin promptly as scheduled.
  • Meditation Sessions are open to all ID/CAC cardholders.
  • Qualifies as part of the DLA Wellness & Fitness Program!
