PULL-UP CHALLENGE

There is no greater bodyweight exercise than the pull-up and that is why it is our next fitness challenge!

TIME: ALL DAY

How to do a pull-up with proper form:

  • Grab the pull-up bar with your palms down (shoulder-width grip)
  • Hang on pull-up bar with straight arms and keep your legs off the floor
  • Pull yourself up by pulling your elbows down to the floor
  • Go all the way up until your chin passes the bar
  • Lower yourself until your arms are straight

Modified pull-up: The hang will be accepted as a substitute for the pull-up

  • The Hang – Lift up to the bar with your arms in the flexed position until your chin drops below the bar
