Sports related training to help improve strength and endurance and boost skill levels. The Sports Conditioning class will focus on the current calendar sports as well as upcoming sports to improve eye hand coordination, speed, agility and overall skills improvement.

Classes take place at Building 103, and may take place at the sports field or courts when necessary.
