MWR is responsible for uploading messages to the digital marquee boards that are featured on the Defense Supply Center Richmond. There are three marquees on-site with one being featured at the Visitors Center Gate, 33 Bay and in the Center Restaurant common area.
All marquee request(s) should be submitted a minimum of week in advance. The submitted message may be altered or changed due to a limited number of allowed characters. Messages are typically uploaded two days prior to your expected start date unless there are unusual delays. There is a limited number of messages that can be programmed and scheduled to run at once which means if there is a high volume certain messages may not be run at all. The priority are below:
Priority 1: Command Messages / Urgent Updates / Key Personnel
Priority 2: High Priority Visitors / Observances / Public Events
Priority 3: Retirements / Employee Recognitions
