The Fitness Center aims at providing quality individual and group fitness class instruction via our digital WellBeats platform located in the (Blue Room) Group Fitness Area.

Blue Room

WellBeats / Virtual Fitness Class

  • Located in the group fitness area (Blue Room) across from the basketball court
  • The WellBeats system offers patrons a cornucopia of professional fitness classes in the touch of a few buttons.  Classes include yoga, Pilates, spin, kickboxing, steps, kinetics, and so much more. Taking classes could not be easier and your fitness goals are just a fingertip away. The classes you want when you want them.

How to Use

  1. Welcome screen - from here you can browse the studio schedule. If there is not a current class scheduled, you choose workout now. 
  2. The user agreement will appear, please be sure to read it.
  3. On this screen you will be able to choose the class you desire. The description of each class is provided.
  4. After choosing the class, notice that there is different class lengths.
  5. Each class has 3 instructors: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Follow the one according to your fitness level.  You can always move to a class more or less advanced.
  6. The class will begin in approximately 2 minutes.
