Personal Training Program Details
- You will receive 8 free sessions, to be used in the same month
- Two sessions a week will be scheduled
- Sessions are 30 minutes each
- Training hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 6am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 6am - 3:30pm
- You may suggest your preference for trainer (based on staff availability)
- You will be unable to change or adjust your training schedule once the day and time have been confirmed
- Please be mindful of federal holidays when confirming your schedule
