HQC Fitness Center

The HQC Fitness Center is now OPEN from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays for 90-minute sessions and will close every three hours for 30 minutes of enhanced cleaning. Due to social distancing restrictions, occupancy is limited to no more than 25 patrons during each session. The locker and shower rooms are now open for use but are limited to no more than seven individuals at a time. Per CDC guidance, use of personal hairdryers is not allowed in the facility. While in HQC Fitness Center, social distancing and individual disinfecting measures are strictly followed.  

The HQC Fitness Center is a 10,000 square-foot facility with locker rooms, saunas, and towel service, offering something for every body. The facility is operated by certified fitness professionals with Fitness/Health degrees and Personal Training certifications. The center offers a large array of strength and cardio equipment with a separate area for functional fitness.

Recreation activities include racquetball, basketball, tennis, walleyball and horseshoes. The outdoor bike program is a free all-access use of mountain and road bikes with helmets. There is a spacious group exercise room where 20+ free classes are held weekly as well as on-demand WELLBEATS. For more information and reservations:

HQC Fitness Council

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should join the HQC Fitness Council. We meet every 2nd Wednesday or Thursday of the month for approximately one hour (or less).

Topics can include fitness programming, nutrition tidbits, and aromatherapy. Each month offers a different theme. Join us as we enhance your wellness experience.
