- 11:00am Open driving range & lunch
- 12:30pm Shotgun start, 4-person scramble with cart
- Tee gift & team photo
- Drink tickets (3 per person)
- Top 3 team prizes
- Winning team traveling trophy
- Contest holes
- Each foursome must be represented by a Director or Deputy Director.
- The Director or Deputy may appoint another player to lead their team in the event they are unable or unavailable to play.
- One team per Directorate will be accepted. Additional Directorate teams may sign up based on availability (field is limited to 15 teams).
- Teams may consist of both male and female players.
- Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams.
