Wk. 2 – January 25th ( Mindfulness & Meditation). Attitudes of mindfulness are non-judgmental, curiosity, and acceptance. Here we will learn how to improve decision making, reduce destructive behaviors and increase performance. Emphasis on meditation to assist in deep mindfulness to aid in recovery of stress.
