Drop the Pounds Seminar

Join us for this free, interactive discussion about nutrition as it relates to weight loss.  Try out recommended weight loss exercises using utilizing bands, spin bikes and steppers (participation in exercise is optional; chairs will be provided).

Topics will include, but are not limited to:
  • Healthy Eating Habits
  • Grams vs Calories
  • Healthy vs Non Healthy Carbs/Fats
  • Food Timing
  • How Technology Can Help with Weight Loss
Participation prizes will be provided, along with healthy refreshments!

Choose from one of two sessions:  11:30am - 12:30pm OR 5:00pm - 6:00pm.
