Welcome to DSCC-MWR Fitness Center’s first virtual Max Meltdown Transformation Challenge!

Improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the purpose of this program. Max Meltdown is a virtual 8-week program for individuals. Participants will work to lose the highest percentage of weight by developing healthy eating habits and participating in physical fitness. Max Meltdown is open to all eligible patrons of the DSCC-MWR Fitness Center, 18 years of age and older.  Visit the bottom of this page for a full list of rules.

STEP ONE:  REGISTER

Complete your Registration January 15 - 31, 2021.




WEIGH-IN CLOSED

STEP TWO:  WEIGH-IN

Submit your Initial Virtual Weigh-in February 1 - 3, 2021.

Please note:  any submissions received early will be disqualified.




STEP 3:  MID-CONTEST WEIGH-IN (OPTIONAL)

If you'd like to be included in our leaderboard, submit your Virtual Mid-Contest Weigh-in March 1 - 3, 2021.

Please note:  any submissions received early will be disqualified.




STEP FOUR:  FINAL WEIGH-OUT

Submit your Virtual Final Weigh-Out March 29 - 31, 2021.

Please note:  any submissions received early will be disqualified.


MAX MELTDOWN 2021 MID-CONTEST LEADERBOARD

Mid-contest leaderboard results will be posted here during the week of March 8, 2021.


MAX MELTDOWN 2021 RULES

 

Max Meltdown 2021 participants will register January 15-31. Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email and contestant number. Participants will complete their registration by submitting a virtual weigh-in and uploading a picture of their beginning scale weight February 1-3. Mid-contest virtual weigh-in (optional) will be open March 1-3.  A Leaderboard (including first name and last initial of participants) will be posted to the DSCC-MWR website the week of March 8.  Final weigh-out will be open March 29-31. Weigh-out pictures will not be accepted after March 31. Winners will be announced April 5th. First name and last initial of winners will be posted to the DSCC-MWR website and social media pages. If the Fitness Center is still closed at this time, prizes will be mailed.  If we are open, prizes can be picked up at Fitness Center.

A trainer will be available for support and questions regarding nutrition and exercise information throughout contest.

We will be giving away fitness-related prizes to help participants continue their health and fitness journey. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers.

Scoring: All individuals MUST weigh-in at the beginning and end of the contest on the above stated dates. There will be no exceptions. Scoring based on highest body weight lost % (lbs. lost/Starting Weight) X 100%.
