The MWR Customer Service Council (CSC) is a non-governing, installation-wide council that provides a venue for customers to offer direct feedback to MWR management in order to
- Identify action plans for service improvement
- Better meet the needs of customers
- Quantify customer service metrics
The MWR CSC was established in accordance with AR 215-1 and other relevant authorities to assist in the delivery of high-quality programs and services that promote resiliency and quality of life at the DSCC.
