MWR Customer Service Council


The MWR Customer Service Council (CSC) is a non-governing, installation-wide council that provides a venue for customers to offer direct feedback to MWR management in order to

  • Identify action plans for service improvement
  • Better meet the needs of customers
  • Quantify customer service metrics

The MWR CSC was established in accordance with AR 215-1 and other relevant authorities to assist in the delivery of high-quality programs and services that promote resiliency and quality of life at the DSCC.

to be a voice for your organization to improve our services!  Our council meets quarterly, typically on Thursdays from 12:00pm - 1:00pm.
