Hello MWR Customers!

We are excited to announce that many of our MWR Programs will begin the reopening process between May 21 - June 1.  Visit our Reopening web page for details.

The health and well-being of our associates, staff, and community is our top priority. We want to assure you that we are following all recommended guidance from the federal government and public health authorities, and have taken all necessary precautions so that we can confidently serve you safely.

MWR STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES

Our MWR Staff is dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for everyone who enters an MWR Facility. MWR Staff will be following strict mitigation protocols, including mask wearing and handwashing, daily health screening, scheduled daily sanitizing, and “contactless” operations (where possible). As a result, you may experience limited hours of operation, reduced services, or increased wait times. We ask for your patience and compassion for the MWR Staff as we move through the reopening process together.

PATRON RESPONSIBILITIES

As a patron, you play an important roll in keeping our MWR Facilities and community safe. During this time, all patrons are required to:

  • Wear a face mask. Unless stated otherwise, all associates are required to wear a face mask at all times, according to Executive Order 13991.
  • Maintain proper social distancing. Observe social distancing, directional, room capacity, and closure signage in order to maintain a safe distance.
  • Keep surfaces clean. You may be asked to wipe down surfaces before and after use.
  • Do not enter if sick. Stay home if you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other signs of illness.

The safety of MWR operations depend on the cooperation of all staff and patrons. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the MWR Staff to be vigilant in assuring all safety guidelines are followed. If a patron chooses not to comply with safety guidelines, he/she may be asked to leave the facility or MWR privileges may be revoked. We appreciate your cooperation to assure MWR Facilities remain safe for everyone.

We are closely monitoring events in our local community and are continuously updating our policies and protocols based on new information. The latest MWR Reopening information can be found here on the DSCC-MWR website.
