Take the Stairs Challenge

According to the American Heart Association, the average adult should get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity per week. Both can be achieved by climbing 10 flights of stairs a day.

During this eight week challenge you will progress from one flight of stairs a day to an amazing 10 flights of stairs a day.  Participation is simple. You will submit your total flights each week. All you need to do is follow the rules and compete against other participants for a chance to win the grand prize.

Rules:
Week 1 – One flight of stairs for five days.
Week 2 – Two flights of stairs for five days.
Week 3 – Three flights of stairs for five days.
Week 4 – Four flights of stairs for five consecutive days.
Week 5 – Five flights of stairs for 3 days, Six flights of stairs for 2 days.
Week 6 – Six flights of stairs for 2 days, Seven flights of stairs for 3 days.
Week 7 – Eight flights of stairs for 3 days, Nine flights of stairs for 2 days.
Week 8 – Nine flights of stairs for 3 days. Ten flights of stairs for 2 days.
