FREE Barre and Meditation


Barre is a Pilates and yoga infused workout involving high repetitions and low resistance for a leaner physique. This workout emphasizes postural alignment and core conditioning, followed by lengthening movements.
Wednesdays at 11:15 a.m.
Thursday at 12:15 p.m.


Meditation focuses on decompression, relaxation, and guided breath. Advantages of regular meditation sessions include an increase in your attention span, reduction in stress, and getting a better nights sleep. A must for all of us!
We recommend bringing a towel and eye mask for complete relaxation. Yoga mats are provided.
