Outdoor Fitness Classes

The Fitness Center is taking it outside and bringing Outdoor Fitness Classes to you. Classes will begin Thursday, April 22nd at 11:00 AM.  Get fit while enjoying fresh air, sunshine, and encouragement from others in a group fitness atmosphere. Classes will be held in the gazebo courtyard. 

Classes meet weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM (weather permitting). Outdoor Fitness Classes will be offered through the end of September. The hour-long class will begin with warm-up at the beginning and a stretch at the end.

  • Classes will be either HIIT or Circuit style
  • Some classes will be bodyweight or limited equipment such as medicine balls or kettlebells.
  • All classes must have a minimum of 3 participants.
  • Pre-Registration REQUIRED 24 hours in advance.
  • Participants should bring water and a towel.
  • Some exercises and stretches may require participants to be on the ground.
  • Feel free to bring a mat.
