How to Use Foam Rollers Workshop

Come learn about one of the best muscular self-massage & muscular recovery tools:  Foam Rollers!

In this 60-minute workshop, we'll demonstrate how to use a foam roller to decrease tightness, increase mobility and improve joint stability.  We'll also examine the benefits and the science behind rolling and relaxation techniques, as well as spinal alignment techniques for enhanced posture.

Choose from two sessions:
  • 3:30pm - 4:30pm
  • 5:30pm - 6:30pm
