Join us for this free, interactive discussion about nutrition and weight loss, with the option to try out recommended weight loss exercises (participation in exercise is optional; chairs will be provided).

Choose from one of two sessions:  11:30am - 12:30pm OR 5:00pm - 6:00pm.
