We invite you to stop by our MWR Customer Service Council booth, where we'll share with you information about the council and guidance for seeking supervisor approval for Council membership.
The MWR Customer Service Council will consist of representatives from all organizations across the installation, and will meet quarterly to provide feedback to the featured MWR program (Fitness Center, Golf Course, ITR, etc.) along with MWR partners (Café 20, Vending, AAFES, etc.).
The mission of the MWR Customer Service Council is to provide a venue for customers to offer direct feedback to MWR Programs Managers in order to:
- quantify customer service metrics
- identify action plans for service improvement
- better meet the needs of our customers
