Lunch Express (LXP)

Mixing strength, cardiovascular, and core training in only 45 minutes. This class is geared toward functional strength improvement.

Participants will use a variety of non-traditional tools and training styles.
  • Open to ID/CAC cardholders, ages 16 and older
  • Bring water!
  • FREE!
